RXKNephew (formerly DrugRixh Nephew and Rx Nephew), is an American rapper, songwriter and record producer.

RXKNephew is noted for his prolific output, having released over 400 songs in 2021 alone.

One of his most notable releases is the nine-minute song "American Tterroristt" (2020), which was named number 2 by Pitchfork on their 2024 list of "The Hundred Best Songs of the 2020s So Far".

RXKNephew was raised in Rochester, New York.
